I. THE POWER OF GOD. "Nothing is too hard for the Lord" (Jeremiah
32:17)
On the 16th April 1906, the eight Memorial Stones were laid,and the Chapel
completed in that year. |

The eight stones were laid either by or on behalf of the followling;
Mr. WM. ROGERS, Horton Kirby Henry T Cadbury presided over the Ceremony. During the building meetings took place in the local Drill Hall. For the stone laying ceremony, the assembly gather at the Drill Hall and sung "God bless our native land". |

The assembly moved to the Chapel site where the Hymn "Our Fathers'
Friend and God" was sung, and in the evening at the Drill Hall, the hymn
"Our Father God, our Fathers' God" was sung. |
