his is a book list compiled by some
net friends and myself. It is by no means definitive, but I will expand it
as I find new material. Of course I have not read all of the books listed
here (heck, I can't even read French or Spanish!) but at least you can get
some pointers and have loads of fun as you hunt for a book published in London
in 1859. The amazing variety of the material cited in the list is largely
due to the miracle of on-line databases.
n addition to this list, I have a
list of more vague references, mostly on Masonic lodge papers and books that
include the Knights Templar in their name. Most of that stuff is printed
in the 19th century and will be unavailable to us mortals, but some of the
titles are truly interesting, if a wee bit on the wacky side.
Mail me for a copy of
the list. NB: The list is a copy of a copy and not scannable.
You must include your snail mail address to have it sent to
you.
