he map below displays the houses of
the Order in Italy in 1312. Please note that this map is only partial, as
space and bandwidth will not allow for a bigger picture with more houses
on it. Apparently there were some twenty Templar houses in Italy. Data for
the map is from Grosser Historischer Weltatlas, Munich 1970.
